Lesley takes a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and focuses on getting great results for her clients. Lesley has been practicing law since 2005 and has worked in both big law firm and in-house environments. Her in-house experience gives her a unique understanding of what a business needs from its lawyer and how best to meet those needs. She specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate law, assisting clients with acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, retail, office and industrial leasing, real estate finance, and joint venture and preferred equity deals. She also serves as outside general counsel to her clients, providing advise and counsel on the day-to-day issues confronting their business, helping clients work through corporate governance and risk management issues, and assisting them with drafting and negotiating all different types of business contracts.

Lesley received her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia and received her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2005. When she’s not helping clients, Lesley enjoys gardening, bird watching, camping, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
