Immediately after passing the bar, I started The Fox Law Firm and have been helping Ohio business owners for nearly ten years. I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs – my grandfather was a business owner in Columbus for more than 40 years and my father started his own company focused on real estate investing in the 1980s. I saw at an early age the challenges that business owners must overcome and the importance of understanding real estate law in order to run a successful company.

Entrepreneurs face many legal obstacles, including structure, financing, compliance, litigation, etc. Oftentimes people shy away from their dream of starting their own business because the logistics seem overwhelming. The same can be said about real estate. Many times, the dream of owning real estate is curbed by the fear of liability, market trends, tenant disputes, lease agreements, financing and other challenges. People end up missing out on the deal of a lifetime because they don’t have access to the information and support they need.
