As a founding partner, Aaron set out with a vision for Underhill & Hodge, LLC to provide a full-service shop for clients where they can obtain legal counsel on all things real estate, including transactions, complex development matters, land use, zoning, and commercial leasing. That’s exactly the mission Underhill & Hodge, LLC operates under today.
Clients with complex real estate development projects in central Ohio are hard-pressed to find one attorney who can advise and represent them during all the stages of the private and public processes. Luckily, Aaron is uniquely qualified to do just that. Throughout a project’s life cycle, from purchasing property and pursuing use and development rights to procuring funding assistance, securing private financing of a project, and leasing and selling a site, enlisting an experienced lawyer like Aaron who can provide dynamic counsel from beginning to end brings efficiency and consistency to a project while maximizing profitability.
Aaron represents several major developers in central Ohio, such as The New Albany Company, the master developer of the City of New Albany, named by Business Insider as America’s number one suburb. He also represents The Ohio State University, M/I Homes, and numerous other well-known companies based in the Columbus, Ohio area and beyond. He particularly enjoys working with individual landowners and smaller companies to help them reach their business goals.
